I ADORED working with Joe today. With his oober charming personality, big heart, incredible style, and infectious laugh, what's not to love? Although Joe is younger than me {I know he totally looks like a twenty-five year old, but he is just a senior in high school, I swear.} he is no doubt a huge role model in my life. Starting his own foundation, "Where is The Love", a few years ago, and soon about to take over his Father's glass company, he is definitely not shy of taking the reins of life. {Nor is he shy of success.} I can only watch in awe as he goes through life with complete fearlessness and determination.  Watch out for this guy, people.
